Arrows Trampoline Club (Arrows TC) was founded in April 2012 by Head Coach, Gary Wills.  Gary began coaching trampolining classes at the Beach Leisure Centre (BLC) in 1992.  Having coached at the centre for many years since, it was the obvious choice to make this centre the home of Arrows TC.  However, come April 2013 the management of the centre decided they no longer wanted to take external trampoline bookings.  At this point we moved to Aberdeen Sports Village (ASV), a modern facility with superior equipment.

Through coaching for Aberdeen Leisure and laterally Sport Aberdeen it became clear that there were children who had talent going to waste that needed a clear pathway from recreational & development classes to competitive Club classes, thus enabling youngsters to take part in competitions organised by the sports’ governing body, Scottish Gymnastics.  Initially Gary founded Aberdeen Sports Centres (ASC) prior to grouping with Hazlehead Academy TC (HTC) forming Diamonds Trampoline Club (DTC) before setting out to form Arrows TC in April 2012.

Arrows TC currently has a membership of 20 youngsters ranging in age from 8 through to adult, although the Club do accept children as young as 5 who show talent.  We have an extremely pro-active group of Club Officers, who are very supportive of the club and coaches. Arrows TC coaches are all fully qualified, some of whom also hold judging qualifications.  We also encourage parents & helpers to gain judging qualifications and volunteer as marshals/helpers for the Club at Scottish Gymnastics and Northern Trampoline League (NTL) competitions.
